BidDesk is a web app that analyzes public-sector tender documents and delivers the three things that determine whether a small supplier should bid: a compliance checklist of every mandatory requirement and pass/fail gate, a straight bid/no-bid verdict based on the supplier's company profile, and a requirement-by-requirement response outline. Suppliers paste or upload a tender document and get back extracted items cited to their source clauses, eliminating the lost weekend spent manually parsing tender packs or the cost of a bid consultant.

What we're building
BidDesk is a web app that reads a public-sector tender pack and hands a small supplier the three things that decide whether they win: every mandatory requirement and pass/fail gate pulled into one compliance checklist, a straight bid/no-bid verdict against their own company profile, and a requirement-by-requirement response outline. Today that job is a lost weekend per bid, or a bid consultant at a few thousand pounds a pack.
