ChitCircle is a web platform for managing rotating community savings schemes (chit-funds). Members join groups, contribute fixed monthly installments, and bid in monthly auctions—the lowest bidder receives the pooled pot while others get proportional discounts. The platform handles group creation, payment tracking, auction management, and receipt generation. Built primarily for small shopkeepers and business owners who need working capital, ChitCircle simplifies the entire chit-fund lifecycle: from setup through monthly payments to the live bidding auction and payouts.

What we're building
A chit-fund platform (a rotating community savings scheme): members join groups, contribute a fixed monthly installment, and at each month's auction the lowest bidder takes the pooled pot — everyone else gets a proportional discount. ChitCircle handles group setup, installment tracking, the monthly bidding auction, payouts, and receipts.
Primary target segment
Small shopkeepers and small-business owners who need working capital. These are the lead users we build the landing page and messaging for. They save a fixed monthly installment in a trusted circle and use the pooled pot as a working-capital lump sum when they need it (stock, supplies, expansion, cash flow gaps). We also serve the foreman/group organizer who runs each chit group — the organizer realistically brings whole groups onto the platform — but the member/saver with a capital need is the primary persona (probable context: India, where chit-funds are widely used).
