What we're building
ShiftEase is a convenience membership for people working 10–12 hour factory shifts. Members pay a monthly fee and get laundry picked up and washed, groceries shopped, meals prepped, and basic errands handled — coordinated around their shift schedule, so the hours they're not working are actually theirs.
How it makes money
Three monthly membership tiers plus a pay-as-you-go option (owner-set list prices, live on the landing page):
- Shift Basic — $39/month — 2 errand/pickup requests + priority scheduling
- Shift Plus — $79/month — 4 requests + grocery pickup + laundry pickup/drop-off coordination
- Shift Pro — $149/month — 8 requests + priority service + more flexible pickup/drop-off
- Pay as you go — $20–$30/request — for people who don't want a membership
