NestWise is an apartment hunting platform that aggregates rental listings and enriches them with the data renters actually need — commute times, utility cost estimates, crime ratings, internet speed availability, and school ratings. Instead of switching between multiple websites and tools, renters see all this information in one unified view. The platform helps renters make faster, more informed housing decisions by consolidating research that typically requires a dozen browser tabs.

What we're building

Current focus

MVP: Landing page + live search demo for one metro area. A polished landing page that explains the value prop, plus a working search interface showing a curated set of sample listings enriched with all five data layers (commute, utilities, crime, internet, schools). The demo runs on real-looking mock data so we can validate the concept with actual renters — college students and first-time renters — before wiring up live APIs and scraping infrastructure.
