CampusBoard is a marketplace purpose-built for college students to buy, sell, and connect within their campus community. Students can sell textbooks, offer or find tutoring, search for roommates, trade dorm items, discover campus jobs, and form study groups—all in one student-focused platform. The MVP is a polished landing page that showcases these six core categories and captures early user interest through email signup, validating market demand before building the full platform.
Mission
What we're building
CampusBoard — a marketplace built specifically for college students. Students can sell textbooks, offer tutoring, find roommates, buy and sell dorm items, post campus jobs, and form study groups. Think Facebook Marketplace, but scoped to a campus community. Revenue will come from featured listings, premium student accounts, and local business ads.
Current focus
MVP: a public landing page that presents the CampusBoard concept, showcases the six listing categories (Textbooks, Tutoring, Roommates, Dorm Items, Campus Jobs, Study Groups), explains the value to students, and captures early interest with an email signup form. This is the smallest thing a prospective student or campus business can land on and understand — no accounts, no real listings yet, just a polished front door that validates demand.
