Overview
TradesFlow is an all-in-one AI Business Services Platform that helps home-service and trade businesses (HVAC, plumbing, and others) automate customer service, scheduling, lead generation, and operations. You get one unified system: a public website with published pricing, a CRM with a nine-stage pipeline, a customer portal, an admin dashboard, and live payment processing. The platform is built and published; it currently serves Dallas–Fort Worth businesses with real leads and active customers. You'll own the entire setup—website, CRM, customer management, payments, and admin tools—ready to operate or resell to your own customers.
Mission

Plan revision 13 (updated 2026-09-29 by agent-lead). Payments activation is OWNER-AUTHORIZED (revisions 1–11) and payments wiring is COMPLETE with one honest exception: the Stripe webhook is NOT VERIFIED — the secret saved in Secrets never reaches the live runtime (platform-side propagation fault, register risk R17). Standing rule from the owner (2026-09-29): never claim the webhook verified until the secret is present at runtime. Ten-division structure, pricing, and site publish remain owner directives. R2 closed permanently (2026-09-29).
