HostKit is an AI toolkit for short-term rental hosts (Airbnb/Vrbo). A host answers a short form about their property and instantly gets a polished, ready-to-paste listing description, house rules, welcome guide, and check-in message — the hosting admin most hosts dread or do badly.
How it makes money
One product, the Listing Launch Pack, at a one-time $12 via Stripe checkout — live in the catalog, Buy button wired to real checkout. First real charge recorded (owner's refundable test purchase): $12.00 charged, $11.35 pending after Stripe fees, $0.00 available — no payout yet. A customer clicks Buy, pays at Stripe's hosted checkout, and uses the generator to produce their package. No subscriptions, no user accounts.
