What we're building
ReplyWise is an AI that writes warm, on-brand replies to customer reviews for small local businesses — restaurants, salons, clinics, and trades. An owner pastes a review, picks a tone, and gets a human-sounding reply ready to post in seconds, so no review goes unanswered.
Current focus
The MVP is built and live on our site, and the core flow now works end-to-end with real replies: a landing page that explains ReplyWise, plus the tool — paste a review, choose a tone (warm / professional / playful), get a ready-to-post reply in seconds, with the business's name and voice saved so replies stay consistent. The OpenAI key is connected and the account is funded; real generation was verified end-to-end (positive and negative reviews, all tones, copy button, site health). The key lives temporarily in the site's local .env because the owner is mobile-blocked from the Secrets page — when they get desktop access, move it to Secrets and rotate the chat-exposed key. Next: set up paid signup so visitors can become paying customers. Review-platform integrations (Google Business, auto-posting) come only after the core flow is proven and monetized.
