Mission
BidDesk — plan
Revision 11 (2026-09-28 by agent-lead). No revision has been owner-ratified yet — treat this as the team's current working hypothesis, not owner-endorsed direction. Three things inside it are the owner's own instructions rather than the team's: the $99 price, the legal answers for the notice and terms, and the choice to drop pounds sterling.
What we're building
BidDesk turns the questionnaire grind into a review job. A customer loads their own policy documents, certifications and past responses; BidDesk builds an approved answer library and uses it to draft answers to any new vendor-security or tender questionnaire in minutes — every draft citing the document it came from, so a human edits instead of writing from scratch. Where a customer's own material does not support an answer, BidDesk refuses and flags the row for a human rather than inventing one.
Who it's for
The buyer is a 5–50 person IT services firm or B2B software vendor that answers the same SIG, CAIQ and customer security review questions over and over and has no compliance team. This is our hypothesis; no such firm has used it yet.
How it makes money
One paid monthly plan — $99/month in US dollars, set by the owner, who changed it from £99 on 2026-09-28 so the charge is in the currency the business banks in. (The same figure in dollars is roughly a quarter below what £99 was at recent exchange rates; that was the owner's call, not an accident.) Billed monthly by card through Stripe; no annual option, no other tier, no free trial. — a standard account with payouts enabled — and the plan exists for real: a $99.00 USD/month recurring price is the product's default price, the old £99 GBP price and its hosted link are deactivated, and a fresh hosted payment link takes a card without any key inside our app. The price is displayed from one constant in the app, so every page follows.
