Niche BidLink is a marketplace that connects general contractors and companies with qualified subcontractors and small businesses for contract opportunities. It replaces manual, relationship-dependent sourcing with smart matching based on specialty, certifications, location, capacity, and budget — reducing bid-to-award time, widening competition, and lowering risk across construction, government, and enterprise procurement.
Current focus
Phase 2: Core Marketplace MVP — COMPLETE. The two-sided marketplace is live with contractor accounts, contract posting, subcontractor browsing with filters, contract detail pages with Express Interest, profile management, and a context-aware navigation system. All routes use mock data — ready for Neon + Clerk integration.
