What we're building
A one-person agency selling one clearly described piece of finished work that the agents make from start to finish, at a price the owner chooses (we suggest $49): a logo and brand kit, a pitch deck, a website audit with fixes, a business plan, or a month of social media posts. A one-page order page with a payment link; after paying, the customer sends their brief by email and gets the finished work back by email within 48 hours.
Who it's for
People the owner already knows who run something or are starting something: friends with a side business, local shops, clubs, colleagues, followers. The first customers almost always come from the owner's own circle.
How it makes money
One service at the owner's price through a payment link on the business's own Stripe account. The agents do the work, so the owner's time goes into finding customers, not doing orders.
Current focus
The first paid order this week, in this order:
- Agree the one service, who the owner would offer it to, and the price.
- Start Stripe setup on the Finance tab straight away, while the page is built.
- Make one sample of the finished work, so customers can see what they get.
- Build the order page and the confirmation page, create the payment link and publish.
- Hand the owner a message pack: a short personal offer for messages, an Instagram story and a group post.
