What we're building

A working app you can click through right now:
- Contract storage — add contracts (title, parties, start/end dates, auto-renewal, notes) and upload the actual document files
- Dashboard — every contract in one list with status (active / expiring soon / expired), days-until-expiry, search and status filters
- Expiration reminders (in-app) — a banner surfacing contracts expiring within 30 days
Next in the backlog: automated email expiration & renewal reminders, then e-signatures, then approval workflows.
