Current focus — The MVP is live: a polished landing page plus a clickable in-browser demo portal (mock data, no backend) published to the team's site — upload a document, sign a form, and watch the status timeline advance. Next: validate demand — pick a first target vertical (lenders, insurers, agencies, professional services), confirm pricing, and decide with the owner whether to invest in the full per-client portal platform.
