An intake questionnaire that works at any stage — iOS only, Android only, both, not yet started, in TestFlight or Google Play testing, currently under review, previously rejected, already live and needing a first update — or answering honestly "I don't know what stage I'm in." Live now. Reopening the intake from a finished snapshot pre-fills every answer, so a buyer who changes one thing does not retype the rest.
A Launch Readiness Snapshot — current stage, what's missing, blockers and dependencies, and a prioritized next-steps list, with a deliberately fair "do these three first" box that keeps a slot per store for a two-store buyer and never spends a slot on a step that cannot be started yet. Live now. The requirement lists have been taken through a claim-by-claim audit against Apple's and Google's current documentation — both platforms and both Apple passes are done: every store step, menu path or figure is either read from the live page in the same pass, or cut, or restated as our own advice in our own voice. What the audits kept finding was unsourced confidence, not wrong instructions, and each pass was published as it landed.
A customer QA plan — a printable plan the buyer generates from their own answers, covering the scenarios that most often break a release: purchases and restores in each store's own test mode, crashes and hangs, reinstall behaviour, permissions, and old or nearly-full devices. Every test carries what good looks like and what to send us if it's broken, and every store rule is labelled as a store rule rather than our recommendation. Each snapshot step that needs testing links straight into the buyer's own plan. It stores nothing — no saved ticks, no account — so "the site stores nothing" stays literally true. Live now; its store claims have been audited against both platforms' evidence files, both halves are safe to publish, and every correction has landed.
Platform knowledge behind both deliverables — current, verifiable Apple and Google Play requirements per stage, so the output is specific rather than generic advice. Sourced per platform in /home/team/shared/apple/ios-sources.md and /home/team/shared/play/play-sources.md, and every quoted claim is recorded there with the page it came from.
The buyer's whole path has been walked as a buyer — intake, snapshot, QA plan, print, on every stage and both stores, plus the "I don't know what stage I'm in" answer: no broken link, no dead end, no wrong count, no contradiction between screens, nothing stored on any screen, and the printable plan still prints one tick-box per test.
