Overview
YardVision is a yard design preview tool that lets homeowners visualize landscaping changes before making them. Upload a photo of your yard, describe the changes you want (like "add willows along the fence" or "add boxwood bushes by the patio"), and the AI generates an exact before-and-after preview showing those specific plants in your actual yard. This helps homeowners make confident decisions about landscaping without guessing what it'll look like.

Current focus
MVP app we're building now: upload a yard photo, type a change request including specific plants (e.g. willow, not just generic trees), and see a before/after side-by-side preview you can click through.
